Do riveted connectors come in standard sizes?
No. IZAR makes riveted connectors exclusively to the customer’s requirements and drawings, so the catalogue has no table for them.
Where are riveted connectors used?
Mainly in resistance welding machines and welding robots, and wherever continuous movement and good conductivity are particularly important.
How is a riveted connector built?
From 0.1–0.3 mm copper strips riveted under a press. Thicker plates reinforce the contact surfaces, and the outside can be protected with stainless steel strips.
