Flexible busbars are made of many single copper stripes, coated with vinyl mixture insulation of high resistance. Thanks to the possibility of bending, twisting and folding of even the largest flexibars with a very small bending radius, assembling is very easy. Ending of connections can be joined only by punching. Therefore, use of cable lugs is not necessary. Moreover compared to other cables designed for the same current load, the cross section of flexibars is 40 % lower. Length of produced busbars is 2 meters.
